Following the releases of the Bape Sta embroidered sneakers, BAPE have taken the same concept and laid it over the New Era 59FIFTY caps. Three crown colors are produced in red, navy and black that is made with 100% wool material. The Bape Sta pattern is embroidered systematically in white resulting in a great finish that would be perfect for the Summer. The under visor gets the same all over treatment too, leaving nothing spared. These should be on the shelves in BAPE stores around the world or check their online store on ZOZOTOWN.

It never ceases to amaze how many variation can be made out of the long selling sneaker model, the Bapesta from BAPE. This version is the leather sneaker that mimics the ostrich skin on its uppers. The colors of these models are taken from a simple combination made in the past which lends itself well to the ostrich skin materials. All white, white/brown/black and white/red/blue. Apart from the all white version, the midsole is divided into dual tones. White shoe laces are prepared for each version and the tongue tag is kept basic in black and white that works well with the white inner lining color.

As Japan celebrates its national Golden Week, BAPE is not taking a vacation in Hawaii like most Japanese, but has geared up with a week full of events, exhibitions, special workshops all over the country, both for the week and in celebration of BAPE’s 17th Anniversary. First there’s NIGOLDEN Store, then there’s the BAPE CAMOCOLLAGE 2010 Exhibition, and then there’s NIGO’s Workshop, where NIGO will be silk-screening BAPE Ape head’s onto tees. In conjunction with the BAPE CAMOCOLLAGE Exhibition, BAPE is reviving one of its most popular collaborative projects– the BAPE x G-Shock release.

This time around, the BAPE x G-Shock watch is rendered in an iridescent purple, and it comes marked with playful branding details such as “Go! Ape” on the watch face and an Ape head graphic featured on the backlight. The collaborative BAPE x G-Shock watch will be released at BAPEXCLUSIVE, BAPE Store, Web Store, BAPE Kids and Isetan Shinjuku on April 29. So for those who can’t make it out to BAPE’s Golden Week festivities, you can still order your royal purple shock-resistant number online.

Original Fake will be releasing some exciting t-shirt collaborations in the next week, celebrating the Golden Week. Next to several tees with Neighborhood, Kaws has also remixed some t-shirts with A Bathing Ape and with Undercover. Milo and the Companion get together, resulting in a really strong collaboration. All these t-shirts will be released on May 3rd at Original Fake Tokyo. The release also celebrates the 4th anniversary of the brand.

Working once more with Germany’s oldest luggage manufacturer Rimowa, a Bathing Ape have designed this Aluminium-alloy Cabin Trolley, which is to be available in either a Silver or Gold camo. With two handles on alternate sides, the case functions either as a large briefcase or as a small suitcase and should appear at Bape stores any day now for 126,000 YEN.
